Ecclesiastes 10:10 NLT states:

Using a dull ax requires great strength, so sharpen the blade. That’s the value of wisdom; it helps you succeed.

Abraham Lincoln stated, "give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe."

MLK stated: "Whatever your life's work is, do it well. A man should do his job so well the that living, the dead and the unborn could not do it better."

We would like to invite you to a new growth group starting at WCC that's focused on developing the leader in you. The goal is to partner with a group of people who truly want to stretch in 2024. To enhance their skills, God-given abilities and qualities to become more effective ambassadors for Christ.

This involves activities, discussions, studying the Word together to foster personal and professional growth, allowing individuals to lead with confidence, influence others positively and navigate challenges successfully.

If you're serious about discovering who you were created to be and living the abundant life Jesus came to provide through practical application of Biblical principals, this growth group is for you.

We kick-off on Saturday morning, January 27th 10:00 - 12:00 and yes, light refreshments will be provided. Our focus for this session will be on conducting a review of your 2023 to set up your 2024 to be better than ever.

We will follow-up with a must attend session on March 16th led by a special guest speaker on the topic of Understanding Your God ordained SHAPE.

Then, we plan to have quarterly meet-ups for the balance of the year on other relevant leadership development topics.
