Elder Jeffrey David Hatchell was born and raised in Trenton, NJ. He joined WCC in 2005 and immediately began serving in a variety of roles. He’s served as usher, children’s church teacher, tutor, prayer team member, board member, Project Conqueror speaker, leadership development designer and facilitator, teacher, coach to the Pastor and has hosted a growth group in his home. In 2007, Hatchell was ordained as a Teaching Elder of World Conquerors Church where he continues to serve in a variety of areas and is responsible for the WCC mission of Build the People.
Elder Hatchell fulfills his area of focus by Teaching at WCC by doing Sunday messages as requested by the Pastor, leading Kingdom Building classes, conducting leadership development workshops, hosting Men’s meetings in his home and partnering with the other leaders responsible for maturing the members.
Elder Hatchell is known to be a faithful member who loves to pray and praise God. He’s also recognized as being a great Father of his three young children, Jenay, Justin and McKayla.
Jeffrey David Hatchell is president and founder of J.D. Hatchell Enterprises, Inc. He does business as Over the Top Coaching and Empower Management Solutions. His company focuses on equipping corporate managers as well as high potential individual contributors with leadership skills through executive coaching and interactive leadership workshops.
Hatchell also works for American Express as a Director of Business Development focused on selling financial service solutions for Fortune 500 companies headquartered in CA.
This Coach U graduate received his Masters of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing degree from Howard University. In addition, Jeffrey competed UCLA Anderson School of Management, Management Development Program for Entrepreneurs. He was the President of the National Black MBA Association San Francisco Bay Area Chapter and a former member of 100 Black Men Inc. He also was a board member of the Northern California Supplier Development Council and was the Co-Chair of their Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee.
Hatchell is an avid reader of inspirational books, enjoys running weekly, working out at 24 Hour Fitness, riding his bike with his three kids and spending quality time with his fiancé, Sister Windy Shotlow.
Elder Thom Brown was born and raised in Oakland, CA. Thom began his Safeway career as a courtesy clerk in Moraga, CA in 1987. After being accepted into and graduating from the Retail Leadership Development program, Thom was appointed Assistant Store Manager, a position he held in San Ramon, Martinez, Lafayette and Danville, before being promoted to Store Manager in Pleasant Hill.
After holding a number of positions of increased responsibility, Thom accepted the role of District Manager, successfully managing 18 stores in the San Jose area, overseeing $470 million in annual sales and more than 4,000 associates. He was then named the Director of Field Operation for the Blackhawk Network, before being subsequently promoted to Vice President of Corporate Retail Operations for Safeway, leading retail strategy, labor initiatives and industrial engineering.
Currently, as Group Vice President of Retail Strategy and Communications, Thom oversees Retail Strategy, Retail Communications and Retail Services.
Thom and his wife Chris are the proud parents of four “gifts from the Lord” Mario, Macy, Tatum and Tommy and father / mother in law to Nicole (Mario’s beautiful bride). Thom and Chris were called by the Lord to proudly serve as Pastor Daren Barron and First Lady Monnique Barron’s assistants at World Conqueror’s Church. Thom also serves as Executive Pastor and the Operating Officer of World Conquerors Church whose vision is to build people, impact the community and reach the world.
Thom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California and Food Industry Management Certificate from the University of Southern California.
Elder Christopher M. Webber was born in Richmond, Virginia and raised in East Orange New Jersey and Oakland California. He became a member of WCC in 2005 and was ordained as elder in August 2013 at WCC in Oakland, Ca. His goal and mission is to reach the world with the good news of Jesus the Christ, specifically through internet, social and television media. His purpose in ministry is for people to have a personal relationship with Christ, not just a religious experience. He served as an Armor Bearer to Pastor Daren for several years before being ordained as Elder.
As Co-Owner and Executive Producer of Supreme Pictures, Chris has produced music videos for Grammy Award winning artist Kirk Franklin, Mary J. Blige, R.Kelly and legendary group U2. He's also worked with Gospel Singers Cece Winans, Tamala Mann, Myron Butler, Trin-I-Tee 5:7 and many more artist. Chris' credits also include feature films, short films and television commercials.
Chris has also made a career in the Information Technology Services Business with over 13 years of management experience. He is currently serving as an Enterprise Services Program Manager for FusionStorm.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from University of San Francisco. Elder was married to his lovely wife Michelle on August 27th, 1994. They have 3 beautiful children: Nia, Yasmin and Corinne.
